SEASONAL MENUS-
We offer seven courses per adult in our baskets. All home made per booking.Our menu will change to reflect the season, with more robust, hot dishes in the cooler months, and lighter, more refreshing recipes for the hotter months.
We are open Weekends or for that special occasion for parties of ten or more during the week.

Horizons Menu
A fresh baguette and bread stick
Cheese pate
A creamy pate with a touch of curry and sherry and topped with sweet chilli delicious on a fresh baguette
Tuna Mousse
tuna blended , parsley, spring onion and a hint of lemon
Mediterranean Vegetables
Peppers and courgette grilled with garlic and olive oil tumbled on a crouton spread with creamed feta cheese.
Bresaola carpaccio
Our own Horizons cured beef bresaola with shavings of parmigiano grana padano or reggiano and basil pesto. Just add a small squeeze of lemon and course ground black pepper to finish the dish.
Smoked salmon puff
Smoked salmon served in a puff of sesame pastry, filled with fennel infused cream cheese on cucumber and served with a wasabi mayonnaise
Horizons Salad
Fresh farm lettuce served with feta, toasted almonds and sunflower seeds with our special dressing
Coronation chicken
Chicken breast chunks smothered in a mildly curried cream sauce, with grapes and toasted almonds served with fresh herbs and crunchy jeera popodums
